David leads a team of attorneys who represent residents of the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington, D.C. in a federal class action seeking improvements in health care provided at the Home. Additionally, David has continued his representation, along with an associate, of a client pursuing guardianship of her niece in D.C. Superior Court. David has served as the Washington, D.C., office pro bono coordinator since 1995.
