Mike Tracy, San Diego - Downtown, Litigation

Mike was a key participant in the North Korea Human Rights Project, which has issued a groundbreaking report on the need for the United Nations Security Counsel to address human rights abuses and humanitarian needs in North Korea as international security concerns.  Mike was one of the team leaders on Wobogo v. Yeganeh, in which the firm represented dozens of homeowners in the Silicon Valley community who were victimized by a mortgage broker.  He currently supervises the firm's efforts in class-action litigation, CPF v. DDS, which seeks the California Department of Developmental Services' compliance with laws requiring community placement for developmentally disabled adults.  As managing partner of the firm's offices in San Diego and a member of the firm's local and national pro bono committees, Mike also coordinates and encourages attorney pro bono participation in each San Diego office.
